The 3rd World Martial Arts Games will be held from October 4-10, 2017 in Indoor Stadium, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
India.

4) Competitions & Seminar
Competitions will be held in Traditional, Contemporary, Internal and Combat
All competitions will take place in the Sports Complex in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
The Masters Special Seminar will be held On October 5-6, 2017
5) Entries :
4.1 Entries
Entries must be returned by email to the organizing committee of the 3rd World Martial Arts Games no later
than 15/07/2017.

4.2 Entry forms must be prepared and certified in duplicate. One copy must be sent to the Organizing
Committee in Ahmedabad, India. The other copy must be brought with the team as confirmation during team
registration in Ahmedabad.
4.3 All entries must be properly typed or printed in English or Hindi. They are valid only when signed by the
President or Secretary General of the respective Organization and bearing the official stamp of the
Organization
4.4 All participating teams are required to check-in at the registration Office in the host Hotel no later than
04/10/2017 ( See General Program Table).
4.5 Each Team Member will be charged :
90 US$ per day per person for single room
50 US$ Per day per person for double room,
The price included morning breakfast, two times meal, local transportation
Registration Fee 100 US$ per person in the Team
Participants and observers are responsible for their own round trip travel costs.
4.6 The Organizing committee requests all participating teams to lodge at the specified accommodation.
Those who do not stay designated hotel will have to make their own arrangements for the local transport for
the stadium. It is responsibility of all participants to take part in all scheduled activities on time.

registration can halp us to arrange your trip absolutely free.
